After official reports confirmed that he has joined a new acting management HODU&U Entertainment, B1A4's Baro took to the group's official fan cafe in order to deliver a heartfelt, handwritten letter to fans.�

B1A4's contract with WM Entertainment came to an end this past June 30 after 7 years. Members Baro and Jinyoung decided to part ways with WM in order to seek out new opportunities, while CNU, Sandeul, and Gongchan renewed.�

On July 17, Baro wrote:

"Hello BANA, this is Baro.

Half a year has gone already, and now a very hot summer has begun.
Time flies so fast. It's been 10 years since I impulsively came up to Seoul to chase after my dreams.

And 7 years have also already passed since I became B1A4, met BANA, and ran forward.

I promised you that I would only create happiness for you, but I'm not sure if the time that BANA spent with me was all full of happiness. When I look back now, I feel that I may not have kept my promise fully, and it makes me disappointed and apologetic.

For me, every moment spent with BANA was so happy and so memorable. Thank you so much. And I want to thank my members for understanding my decision after discussing, debating, and talking over it for a long time, and I feel especially sorry and thankful toward the three members for protecting B1A4.�

Where ever I am, I will cherish the precious memories that we made together with BANA and the members deep in my heart, and work hard. Please watch over me until the day when I can meet you again as B1A4's Baro, because I will work hard until that day comes. I will always be thinking about BANA. Once again, thank you and I love you. BANA!"
