Nam Tae Hyun reveals he goes on a diet and loses 30 lbs when it comes time for promotions

Nam Tae Hyun talked about his�drastic weight difference on and off promotions.

On the June 19 airing of MBC Every1's 'Video Star', Nam Tae Hyun revealed, "My weight is significantly different on versus off promotions. I had to lose weight this time too but I failed." He explained, "I'm the type that easily gains and loses weight fast," and said, "Usually, there's about a 12kg (26.4 lbs) difference. But right now, I only lost 4kg. I need to lose 8kg more."


The MCs showed concern about his excessive diet. However, Nam Tae Hyun said, "I like the 'Hedwig' vibe. I think the weak, sexy feeling goes well with my music too."
