Kangnam shared how he became a building owner.
On the June 7 airing of MBN's 'Cart Show 2', the MCs asked how long it took for Kangnam to go from only $3 in his bank account to an owner of a building.
Kangnam answered, "It took me 3 years. But the land already belonged to our family. I just built the building there. I'm still paying off the loan."

Seo Jang Hooncommented, "FYI, the land tends to cost the most when putting up a building." However added, "It's amazing how Kangnam worked hard, saved up his money, and became a building owner."
