BTS is the top idol group in terms of brand value for May.
According to the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation, BTS was at the top of the May data, followed by Wanna One and EXO. 200,470,048 pieces of data were examined from May 1 through May 30. BTS had a total of 28,967,969 points, while Wanna One had 19,324,655 points and EXO had 6,749,586 points.

The rest of the groups ranked were, in order, TWICE, Black Pink, SHINee, Red Velvet, AOA, Girls' Generation, Lovelyz, Seventeen, INFINITE, WINNER, Big Bang, Dream Catcher, G-Friend, NCT, BTOB, MAMAMOO, Oh My Girl, The Boyz, PRISTIN, Cosmic Girls, Momoland, Sechskies, A Pink, B2ST (listed separately from Highlight), VIXX, and ASTRO.
