Actress Choo Ja Hyun has been discharged from the hospital after her recent health scare.
Choo Ja Hyun experienced spasms following the birth of her child and was hospitalized. Her agency BH Entertainment updated fans about her condition on June 12, stating, "Choo Ja Hyun temporarily experienced spasms after the birth of her child, and she was taken to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. During the spasms, fluid entered her lungs, and she was treated for aspiration pneumonia with a respirator."
The label continued, "Under the care of her doctors and with many people's support, Choo Ja Hyun made a quick recovery and has been discharged from the hospital. She'll be receiving outpatient treatment. She's currently taking care of her baby with her husband Yu Xiaoguang at a postnatal center."
Choo Ja Hyun and Yu Xiaoguang married in January of 2017, and she gave birth to her first child, a son, on June 1. Hopefully, Choo Ja Hyun recovers soon.
