TWICE has topped music charts in Japan.

Their 3rd Japanese single "Wake Me Up", which was released on the 16th, has been ranked #1 on Oricon's Daily Singles Chart since the day of its release. The girls have also hit a platinum with "Wake Me Up" with over 480,000 copies sold in pre-order, and any albums over 250,000 copies sold are awarded platinum.

The girls will also be on TV Asahi's 'Music Station' on May 25th. 'Music Station' started in October 1986, and is one of Japan's biggest music programs. The girls are the 2nd K-pop girl group after Girls' Generation to be invited on to the show.

Congratulations to TWICE.
