A dead newborn baby was found floating on the Han River.
According to Seoul Gwangjin Police Station, around 6:04 am on April 22, they received a report about a dead baby in Hangang Park.
The person who found the baby claims the newborn was floating on the river with the umbilical cord still attached.
The dead baby was revealed to be male. It's assumed he died 3-5 days before being found on the Han River.

The police are looking over security cameras to find the person that abandoned the baby. They've also submitted a request for an autopsy.
