Dead baby found floating on Han River with umbilical cord still attached

A dead newborn baby was found floating on the Han River.�


According to Seoul Gwangjin Police Station, around 6:04 am on April 22, they received a report about a dead baby in Hangang�Park.�


The person who found the baby claims the newborn was floating on the river with the umbilical cord still attached.�


The dead baby was revealed to be male. It's assumed he died 3-5 days before being found on the Han River.�

The police are looking over security cameras to find the person that abandoned the baby. They've also submitted a request for an autopsy.�
