The veteran singer was one of the artists that traveled to Pyongyang, North Korea for the special concert.
On April 4, Baek Ji Young shared her experience through her agency Music Works. She stated, "I couldn't believe it, even at the moment I was singing at Pyongyang. I heard they especially favor 'Like Hit By a Bullet' and it was extra special that I was able to communicate with them. It was truly meaningful."
She also revealed, "The facial expressions of the audience was the most memorable. I think we were able to create a successful performance with the South and North coming together. Every moment was touching. I sincerely hope more diverse cultural exchanges take place in the future."
Meanwhile, it's been revealed that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un showed the most interest in Baek Ji Young out of all artists at the concert.
