Actress Kim Sa Rang is reported to have suffered a serious leg injury in Italy.
According to reports on April 25, Kim Sa Rang was shopping at a famous furniture store during a vacation to Italy when she accidentally fell down a reportedly unmarked manhole. The fall caused her to fracture a leg, and she's made a quick return to South Korea to receive treatment at a hospital in Seoul.
Physicians have said the injury is quite severe, so it'll take some time for the fracture to heal.
In other news, Kim Sa Rang recently stepped away from the cast of tvN's 'Mr. Sunshine'.
