Today marks one year since 'Produce 101' season 2 revealed the male trainee's very first 'Pick Me' stage

March 9, 2017. That's the day when it all officially started. 


Last year on this day, Mnet revealed the very first "Pick Me" stage featuring the male trainees of 'Produce 101' season 2. This was the start of the legendary competition that ultimately produced the top boy group Wanna One.

'Produce 101' season 2 garnered immense attention even before its start. The very first stage -  where the 'Nation's Producer' BoA introduced the 101 trainees and the boys performed the theme song for the first time - made multiple headlines, and also created the legendary 'Wink Boy',



And 'Ending Fairy'.



Fans of the show are expressing amazement how time really flew and it's already been a year since 'Produce 101' season 2 started.
