Talks of possible guest appearance by IOI on 'Produce 48' have gone underway.

According to several media representatives, the final line-up for 'Produce 48' has already been decided, and the show will aim for its broadcast premiere in May.


During this process, suggestions of IOI making a guest appearance on the show have been discussed by affiliated show producers. Although decisions from all of the agencies are yet to be confirmed, a possible recording with all of the former members may take place around late April.


'Produce 48' is a female trainee survival show combining the system of Korea's 'Produce 101' and Japan's 'AKB48' franchise. Ahn Joon Young PD of 'Produce 101' Seasons 1 & 2 is in charge of productions once again.
