Netizens guessed it was either because she was getting attacked because of the 'feminist' message on her phone case, or because of the cigarettes visible in one of the photos.

Her label said, "[The phone case] is a 'Zadig & Voltaire' gift she received at an event in America. She just uploaded photos from her day, and didn't know it would gain so much attention. We are also surprised and flustered. The cigarettes on the table belong to the staff who is with her in America."
Hopefully that calms things down.
