Singer Hong Jin Young discussed her experience on the reality show 'Law of the Jungle'.
At the February 1st press conference for SBS' 'Law of the Jungle in Patagonia', Hong Jin Young expressed, "My battery got worn out. I was completely out of my mind." She explained, "I've never had a 'mental breakdown' while filming a show before, but I felt completely discouraged. I starved too much. It felt like I was forced on a diet."
The singer added, "With my comeback ahead, I was avoiding a diet, but I was forced to do one. My stomach hurt, and my entire body ached. It was very tiring, but I think I made good memories. As time goes on, you'll be able to see my stamina go down. It was tiring, but good."
'Law of the Jungle in Patagonia' premieres on February 2 at 10PM KST. Hong Jin Young is also returning with a single album on the 7th.
