On January 30, tvN's 'Nest Escape' season 2 came to a wraps with the kids' final adventures in Greece.
During the episode, Cube Entertainment trainee Yu Seon Ho partnered up with Ki Dae Myung for a brotherly trip to Athens, where the two had a heart to heart about their futures.
First, Yu Seon Ho surprised Ki Dae Myung by spilling that he initially had no interest in a career in entertainment. Yu Seon Ho said, "I was good at math, and when I was younger, I wanted to become a baseball player... [Later on], I was the leader of the band club, and went to competitions, playing piano. That's when I received all the casting calls. So for my auditions, I prepared EXO's 'Growl'. But I just stood around and moved to the rhythm. But then, I got a call back right away, saying that I passed." Yu Seon Ho further shared that his mother had been worried about her son going into the entertainment industry, but his father was more open minded.
Ki Dae Myung also expressed his envy toward Yu Seon Ho, who was already well on his way to his future career. However, Yu Seon Ho honestly relayed, "Other people probably can't tell, but... I didn't come all this way because I am talented in singing or dancing or acting. So when I have to perform, I really want to do well. The pressure to do a good job is huge. Because I need to be better, but right now I'm lacking... These days, I practice like mad." Hearing her son's worries, Yu Seon Ho's mother couldn't help but steal tears.
