'Maze Runner' star Dylan O'Brien raves about somaek (soju + beer) on 'Cultwo Show'

On January 11, the male stars of upcoming Hollywood film 'Maze Runner: The Death Cure' kicked off their film promotions in Korea. 

Dylan O'Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, and Lee Ki Hong carried out a variety of schedules beginning with a press conference, and then heading over to SBS radio 'Cultwo Show'.

During 'Cultwo Show', Dylan O'Brien raved about his very first Korean visit so far, including trying out Korean food and alcohol. He shared, "This is my first time in Korea, and it's so much fun. We're drinking every day. We drank a lot of soju, and somaek (cocktail consisting of soju + beer) is incredible. I tried makgeolli (fermented rice alcohol) too. I think I'm a little bit hungover right now." 


He continued, "Korean food is delicious, I love it. I love samgyeopsal (pork belly). I tried yukgaejang (spicy beef soup) on the plane too, and it was good. I like spicy food." 


Meanwhile, 'Maze Runner: The Death Cure' premieres in Korea on January 17, and worldwide on January 26.
