Girls' Generation's YoonA wins an award at 'Marianas International Film Festival' in Saipan

On December 8, Girls' Generation member YoonA won the award for 'Best Performing Arts Contribution' at the 1st 'Marianas International Film Festival' which was held at Imperial Palace in Saipan.


Film director Na Hyun also won the award for 'new director' with work 'Prison' and Im Dae Hyung won an award for 'best music direction' illustrated in 'Merry Christmas Mr. Mo'.

The 'Marianas International Film Festival' held in Saipan celebrates the films from numerous countries including the U.S., Korea, China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.  More than 350 works were submitted by 15 countries this year and a total of 27 features were nominated.  Various Korean directors and actors attended the star-studded event.
