Even non-BTS fans are praising the group for their great achievements, however, One Direction fans are rather angry at the boys for "stealing" One Direction's title.
The hashtag #1DisStillTheBiggestBoyband started to trend worldwide on Twitter after BTS was introduced as "the biggest boy band in the world".
Angered One Direction fans commented, "A friendly reminder again that no one will ever ever be bigger than One Direction", "No other band will ever be as successful as 1d", "BTS is the biggest band in Asia but I'm pretty sure One Direction is the biggest worldwide even on their break."
