Nada, Jinju, and Da In have won their lawsuit against Mafia Records.

The girls filed to terminate their contract with the label back in January. On November 15, the court dismissed Mafia Records' objection to the decision that their contracts be terminated.

The court previously already ruled in favor of the three artists' contract terminations in the first hearing, but also ruled that each member had to pay 50 million KRW (approximately 45,000 USD) for the termination for a total of 150 million KRW (approximately 135,000 USD) paid to Mafia Records to give their deposit back.

The label's objection to the ruling has now been dismissed. Mafia Records said, "We will be talking with our lawyers on our next move."
