Netizens think former SPICA member Jiwon is faking poverty and hardship to gain attention on 'The Unit'

Upon the release of 'The Unit' teaser on October 25, Jiwon made headlines as she was spotted working as a juice deliverer following SPICA's disbandment. 




While some are expressing sympathy for the former idol, others are interpreting her part-time job in a negative light as they claim she's faking, or exaggerating her poverty and hardship to gain attention.

Comments stated, "Lies!! She's on the drama 'Confession Couple'. Don't try to promote the show like this. They must think viewers are stupid", "Um, isn't this too much? A part-time juice deliverer..?", "Wow, look at her delivering juice to look like she's having a hard life", "Everyone has a hard life. Acting like she's having a difficult one.. psh", "Poverty cosplayer", "Well, it looks like she did succeed in gaining attention with this", "This is such a lie."

Jiwon's idol career came to a halt after SPICA's disbandment in February 2017. She will be taking another chance through new idol rebooting program which will start airing on October 28.
