On September 27, the agency shared an official notice on Twitter and informed fans about their plans for legal action. The issue regards malicious comments targeted towards the rookie idol.

C9 Entertainment stated, "We were highly shocked at the fact that sexually harassing remarks were made toward the minor for fun without any guilt. After discussion with the legal department, we've decided to take legal action."
The agency will be using data reported by fans, as well as the ones they've collected on their own to carry on the case. C9 Entertainment also emphasized there will be no settlements made with the malicious commenters.
