WINNER's 'Island' deemed unfit for broadcast by KBS because of homosexual innuendos?

WINNER's "Island" has been deemed inappropriate for KBS broadcast.


KBS announced results to their recent new music evaluation, and WINNER's "Island" was deemed inappropriate. KBS reasoned that the song had "obscene imagery such as intercourse between a man and a woman, or homosexuality." One of the problematic lyrics were "I want to mix with you on the sofa like you shake a cocktail".

However, their other title song "Love Me Love Me" safely passed the broadcast evaluations.
