On the episode, the Hollywood actor visited Sam Hammington while disguised as a pizza delivery man which took Sam Hammington off guard and his jaw dropped in shock. Steven Yeun and Sam Hammington introduced themselves to each other and while doing so, William (Sam Hammington's son) started to cry upon seeing an unfamiliar face. However, he quickly warmed up to Steven Yeun as the actor treated him in a very playful manner.
During the show, Steven Yeun spoke on his decision to appear on the show, "I really like kids. I've heard so much about William and Sam, I thought it would be a great experience for me to visit them." In addition, he revealed that he also has a son named Jude who is only 4 months old. As he conversed with Sam Hammington, he watched William play which made the actor excited and imagined what his kid will be like in the near future.
