New boy group ONF gave fans an inside look into their rigorous training routines on the 1st episode of 'On The Run', broadcast on August 3!


The behind episode shows the boys undergoing a rigorous dance routine in the studio while preparing for their debut, trying to get the moves right as well as sitting down and sharing their thoughts on the intense process.
