Broadcasted on July 26, MBC Every1 'Weekly Idol' kicked off their first summer special episode featuring MAMAMOO and G-Friend.
In the beginning of the show, the two girls groups shared awkward greetings. To break the ice, the MCs asked G-Friend, which MAMAMOO member they are most excited to see. Two G-Friend members picked Whee In. Solar and Hwa Sa received one vote each while Moon Byul received none. At last, G-Friend's Yuju chose Moon Byul and explained, "She is beautiful. And I was often told that I looked a lot like her during my debut days."
Then both idol groups took on several missions such as racing in miniature toy cars in addition to performing random play dance and dancing 2x as fast. The girls also underwent a fierce dance battle.
