On May 8, SM Entertainment announced that D.O. is starring in 'Swings Kids' by famous film director Kang Hyung Chul who was in charge of 'Tazza', 'Sunny', and 'Scandal Maker'. The idol actor will be playing a North Korean soldier named Ro Ki Soo who falls in love with tap dancing.�

The label also stated, "It's an honor that D.O. gained the opportunity to work with director Kang Hyung Chul."
