The 4th artist up for 'SM Station' season 2 will be none other than worldwide jazz band, Stanley Clarke Band!

Led by American jazz musician Stanley Clarke and featuring Stanley's son Chris Clarke, the band will be releasing a single titled "To Be Alive" on April 21 at 6PM KST. The song will be a fusion genre incorporating jazz and hip-hop, and you can check out a sneak preview in the clip below.

What kind of global collaboration do you want to see through 'SM Station' next?

And this is why SM station is awesome. The variety.

Stanley Clarke is an absolutely amazing bass player but I'm confused as to how he's ended up on SM Station...  Is there something missing about an SM act being attached to the project?

SM is being much more experimental with season 2 of Station from what I've heard. More than likely the production of the song was done in collaboration with SM, but I don't think they are going t make it a requirement for one of their own artists to be involved anymore.

Yeah it open to foreign composers and songwriters now.
