From what I know of, only international kpop fans are really hating on these people, compared to the Koreans who basically love them. I do think that people here should maybe... stop being judgemental like Koreans are to other Korean stars calm down. From what I originally thought was that this project would actually be a success in Korea, which I don't know exactly, but I can tell that people (from their, pardon me, "stupid" country would) hate on them just because of their limited Korean and honestly... race. Rather disappointed. There's Jessi (Raised in America), who still struggled speaking Korean and no one's bashing on her, Cheng Xiao (Cosmic Girls) wasn't bashed in Happy Together when she rarely spoke, and also, and importantly, Takuya (Cross Gene) who is Japanese and isn't told off (especially with bad blood between the Japanese and Korean), same with Casper (Cross Gene) who is Chinese, and isn't unwanted. Also Thai stars like Lisa (Blackpink), BamBam (Got7), and Sorn (CLC) aren't neglected either. What about Matthew, Somi's (Was in IOI) father who is an actor and model who is respected and has been there for a while. This was definitely long comment, but it really had to be said.

Korean think they are music group. Not Korean music group ( Oh Foreigner who sing in Korean that is nice okay bye. They move on with their day). What make Korean group. It is company created in South Korea by Korean person. Those product you see with label made in ( country )  so you know where it came from. Another Example it is like female  foreigner friend call their male Korean friend " oppa" . Foreign friend: oppa what you like to eat? Korean friend: you can call me by my name. Foreigner friend: why ? Girl suppose to call the older guy oppa. Korean friend: well you aren't Korean. There is no need for you to call me Oppa

They're not an all American group, only one of them is American. Two of them are from Europe and the last one is half Japanese and half German

People need to say no to this trend quickly before this escalates.

Few thoughts, if they went onto korean variety shows(not those involving lots of talking/acting funny, just performing) they will get so welcomed by koreans. However, since they don't speak good enough korean, i think they couldn't survive in talk-show-based shows. Judging the songs, their singing is good but still pronunciation is a problem. When singing, annotations will be replaced by melodies in song, so it should be easier to get it right, but they still don't. That's why I don't think they will be good in Korean music industry. Maybe they are targeting at international kpop fans, but it seems a bit wrong marketing strategy.... anyways, good luck.

Koreans love white people and "tall noses", so they should do quite well.  Any one who has a negative comment is probably fat, ugly and lonely.
