Veteran singer Park Ji Yoon sat down for an interview about her comeback with her 9th album, 'parkjiyoon9'.
She said about when she began preparing for her comeback, "It has been a while now. I had been writing songs from time to time and compiled those songs into this album. The project officially went into production about 3-4 years prior. I know it's been quite a long time."

About her title song "Without You", Park Ji Yoon shared, "Although the song may be soft and not as defined, you can tell by the MV that it has an edgier feel to it, with strong and dark visuals in terms of hairstyling, makeup, and attire."
