The actress explained, "When I was in my mid-20s, I went to go see a friend trainee when I was scouted." She continued, "It all started when a manager at an agency made an offer. Seeing my fellow friend make money and going to facial shops made me decide to go for it. And that's what led me all the way here."

On making a rather late debut, she commented, "It's half and half really... I've done everything I wanted to do at a young age. There are pros and cons to everything."

Especially with her tomboyish personality, she added, "I was popular during high school but I wasn't really into guys then and because of my outgoing personality, guys didn't approach me very much. It was in my 20s when I started to be interested in men, I didn't realize it before."

Han Chae Ah mentioned, "I am thinking of settling down and starting a family before I get older."
