Yesterday, Jun.K fell off a 3 meter (nearly 10 feet) high moving stage during day 3 of 2PM's '6Nights' concert. The singer was rushed to the hospital and was revealed to have fractured his right elbow and 4th finger of his right hand.

On February 27, JYP Entertainment provided updates and officially announced,
"Hello, this is JYP Entertainment.
We once again sincerely apologize for the accident that occurred during the concert on the 26th. Today, Jun.K received surgery to repair his fractured elbow and currently taking rest. According to the doctor, the surgery went well with no issues.
It wasn't stated in the doctor's 1st examination but Jun.K is experiencing pain in his knees and chest. We're waiting for a more detailed examination as we discuss with the doctor.
We will provide updates as soon as a new result is given."
