Earlier today, a video of Seo In Young cursing on the set of 'With You 2' was leaked, bringing a lot of negative attention to the star. Her agency has now made the official statement below:

"Hello, this is Star Empire. We're sending Star Empire's official statement on the issue that occurred during JTBC's 'With You 2' filming early January. Concerning the anonymous post made on January 19, it's true our side's carelessness caused the issue on location. The revealed video clip is not of Seo In Young cursing at anyone, but it was filmed in a situation where she was expressing her feelings in a very harsh manner. Of course, she is at fault for cursing during filming with so many around, and she definitely realizes she made a mistake. We also sincerely apologize to anyone who was hurt by this event. Seo In Young is reflecting for causing trouble because of her emotional attitude, and she'll make it so she's able to show a more mature side of herself in the future. Apologies."

Seo In Young's 'With You 2' partner Crown J was also asked to respond, and he told media outlets, "I think it's right that I don't make a comment right now. I've had troubles in my past as well, and Seo In Young and I are different. It's difficult for me to rashly say something about this. Please understand."

As previously reported, 'With You 2' announced that Seo In Young and Crown J will be leaving the show because they decided to remain friends. However, an alleged insider shared a video of Seo In Young cursing on set and claimed that the producers struggled countless times throughout the show due to her excessive requests and demands.

This is what happens when someone who considers herself a top tier celebrity treats crew members who absolutely do not deserve it like shit.  This will always come back to bite a diva celebrity with a bad attitude.

fxcx09 Friday, January 20, 2017

This is so retarded. WHO DOESN'T SWEAR? It's not like she was cursing at her seniors or shit lmfao i'm so done pls die.

3percenter Thursday, January 19, 2017

They can make excuses and rationalizations for rapists and child molesters, but a celebrity (who is also just another human being) having a bad day is inexcusable. How many asshole bosses in Korea curse at, and abuse, their employees? How many "seniors" curse and abuse their "juniors?" How many males demean females and act superior? The double standards Korea are one of the reasons it has the highest suicide rate and one of the highest misery rates in the world. Everyone loves to throw stones at others for what they themselves do as well.

ygbad_boy 3percenter Thursday, January 19, 2017

still doesn't excuse her bahavior, since this (according to the staff) happened regularly not just one time.

missnumbered 3percenter Thursday, January 19, 2017

I'm sorry but this comment is honestly irrelevant. Basically your saying that because bad people exist in this world, it is okay for people to act like Inyoung has been acting. If your not Korean please do not act like you know everything about Korea. Sure, there are bad people here but that doesn't give anyone an excuse to be extremely mean to people who work VERY (really) hard to cater to your needs. In Inyoung's case, this is not about her "attitude problems", it is about how she is treating staff and creating harm to others. You know when it's bad when a show cancels just because of one person. Koreans are not the type, especially in the showbiz industry, to CANCEL a WHOLE SHOW just because of one person. Why? Because SO MANY people have worked extremely hard to create such a show. The fact that one of the STAFF MEMBERS decided to share this video just goes to show that it was really too much to handle.

He's just an ethnocentrist American who takes his own issues in life out in the comments.

3percenter bangeryun94 Friday, January 20, 2017

There is a difference between excusing her behavior, and pointing out a double standard. I've watched enough k-ent to see that females are crucified for behaviors males are given a pass for or even laughs. Same goes for those who are deemed as "seniors."

3percenter bangeryun94 Friday, January 20, 2017

What is an ethnocentric "American?" There is no such thing as an American ethnicity genius. Anyway, I know I've won the debate whenever you comment on one of my posts, because you never have been able to make an intelligent counter-argument - not even once. All your feeble mind is capable of is attacking me personally. Pick up your game already... stop sounding like a loser and show some intelligence. You can't be as dumb and infantile as you seem from your replies.

missnumbered 3percenter Saturday, January 21, 2017

I have never seen a scandal where a male is "given laughs or passes" similar to Inyoung's case. Here in Korea, no matter what gender, if you don't recognize "seniority" or cause issues to people who are trying their best to match up with you, you will be insulted and caught up in a scandal such as this. You say you "watched" enough k-ent - but do you really understand Korean culture at all? If you don't know anything about Korea please do not go around saying things based on what you observe from media.. However I will respect your opinion because sure there are double standards in every country, but I just wanted to say that it was irrelevant to this case. Anyways It's a shame that Inyoung was unable to control her behavior, she was quite funny whenever I saw her on variety shows.

3percenter missnumbered Saturday, January 21, 2017

My observations are based on my perceptions as a non-Korean. This is an international website based in the US, not Korea. So naturally those of us who aren't Korean will take issue with cultural differences that some of us find negative. If you don't like it too bad. Free speech and diverse opinion lives here, not Korean censorship and hive drone consensus..

It doesn't matter how much this bitch apologizes. Her career is over.

ygbad_boy Thursday, January 19, 2017

I don't buy that it's about cursing more about her behavior towards the staff... face it when you work with a lot of people and you have shitty attitude then you're probably get your ass fired. No one cares you fucking cuss all the fucking time

bangeryun94 ygbad_boy Friday, January 20, 2017

Perfect summary.

kimmiefonze Thursday, January 19, 2017

The production team get nothing good in return if they reveal this person's true nature. Maybe she's just a really shitty person and the production team has been exhausted from catering to her needs like she's a KPop's Madonna.

starempress Thursday, January 19, 2017

what are the chances... for as long as I have been with Kpop, there have only been two incidents of staff whistle-blowing on a cast member for their attitude... what are the chances that both of them were Jewelry members? Yewon a few years back, and now Seo Inyoung? Is it because they come from a useless company that people feel it is okay to ruin an image like that (because we all know there are some real divas out there, they just are better protected), or does StarEmpire's management of Jewelry related girls just suck worse than SM's of F(x)... because the problem isn't with attitude training if you look at the ZE:A and 9Muses members...

NgohiongPuso starempress Thursday, January 19, 2017

SahanaE starempress Thursday, January 19, 2017

The whistle blowing doesn't matter. What both of them did was wrong. Instead of pinning the blame on the person that leaked the video, you should blame the people who are being disrespectful towards the people that they're working with.

starempress SahanaE Thursday, January 19, 2017

I'm not blaming, but something must be said about the fact that both times, it was a StarEmpire Jewelry member who got caught... I know for a fact that those two are not the only divas in the industry, so for both of them to get this messed up is indicating that there is something wrong, probably starting at the company (either in their choice of people, or their management... )

missnumbered starempress Thursday, January 19, 2017

It is NOT the company's fault that their artists cannot remain professional during their jobs. Also if you are not Korean you might not understand that this is a problem beyond "just attitude issues". Korean people are very strong especially staff in the entertainment industry, so only having "attitude issues" WILL NOT trigger them to cancel their show or even create such a huge controversy. Why? because they literally have spent so many hours working hard on scripts, editing, etc to just throw that all away (it is also their food line too) just because a cast member has attitude issues. For both Yewon and Inyoung, it is more because someone in the crew really couldn't take it anymore, and felt the need (which must've been VERY BIG for them to step on their own hard work) to share with others to reveal their "true selves". It's not like their company purposely hires people who have short tempers, it's just their personality! They are just regular people like us except with selfish or bad personalities. We all know people like that around us, so it's not much different in the entertainment world.

starempress missnumbered Thursday, January 19, 2017

How many years has StarEmpire been with Seo Inyoung, she actually went back to the company after leaving for a few years. Shouldn't they know her personality by now, to only send one manager if they knew she was prone to fly off the handle and has been a diva even back in her Jewelry days? It seems the point of having a manager is to help the celebrity maintain their image and keep incidents to a bare minimum, if they couldn't find one person capable of handling Seo Inyoung, they should have known better... All I can say is that at least they learned from Yewon's issue and were more careful with their statement this time around

missnumbered starempress Thursday, January 19, 2017

Yes, their statement was a lot better this time around.. And as for Inyoung they probably never would have imagined something as big as this would've exploded. I mean, they've already dealt with one huge scandal (Yewon) so it was probably out of their minds that Inyoung would create yet another one. Also, maybe it was because Inyoung was becoming more "trendy" in variety shows these days that they didn't think to try to cut her off or anything. It's just sad to me that she wasn't able to be careful this time around and basically is ruining her own career.. I did enjoy seeing her on variety shows but I guess this is the end of it.

siwanniee starempress Thursday, January 19, 2017

I also found that quite interesting that they were both Jewerly members. Is it just me, or does Star Empire have a lot more problems with the girls in the company then the guys? It's weird.

starempress siwanniee Friday, January 20, 2017

Their boys suffered a lot to get to where they are now (trainee days, wingcar and the fact that they got popular, individually, late) and so they have several years of patience practice and have a lot more on the line making sure they behave... meanwhile, the Jewelry members entered a pre-made group which means they did not have to work as hard to make their name

siwanniee starempress Friday, January 20, 2017

That makes sense

Oh my fucking god, I can't believe you bloody cursed, how shitty.

KP15 pink_oracle Thursday, January 19, 2017

it's not just about she cursed. she was cursing at the staff and pd because there were delays on her transportation due to traffics. It's not even the staff fault. It was just a bad situations.

pink_oracle KP15 Thursday, January 19, 2017

When Christian Bale did it people thought it was hilarious.

ygbad_boy pink_oracle Thursday, January 19, 2017

nobody thought it was hilarious, tho... he got a lot of flak for it and he went to apologize on almost every single interview he had during that period... fact is, just like Bale she was being a fucking cunt

KP15 pink_oracle Thursday, January 19, 2017

He's mad at a staff who interrupted a scene and overreacted about it. This woman is mad cause her van was delayed due to traffics and demanded a 5 star treatment.

bangeryun94 pink_oracle Friday, January 20, 2017

It was a lot more than just cursing. She was incredibly horrible to the crew. She was abusive and some of the staff felt that the fans who watched the show should know. Crown J didn't even want to defend her.

pink_oracle ygbad_boy Friday, January 20, 2017

I'm not saying either one of them is in the right. But people did find Bale's outburst hilarious, the memes and remixes speak for themselves.

pink_oracle bangeryun94 Friday, January 20, 2017

I should be appalled, but more than anything I'm quite fascinated by the role reversal.
