During the press conference for 'Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo' on November 15, main actors Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung talked about the romance to unfold between them.
Lee Sung Kyung said, "Seeing as how I've always been close to Nam Joo Hyuk, there were no need to adjust to each other, need to get to know each other, discomfort, or areas of concern. Because Kim Bok Joo and Jung Joon Hyung start off as friends in the drama, we will be able to slowly open our hearts to each other."
Nam Joo Hyuk said, "I'm so comfortable with Lee Sung Kyung that we are filming comfortably and enjoyably. I think we'll be able to show a romance that is as natural as that."
