Park Bo Gum explains how he and Kim Yoo Jung overcame awkwardness

Park Bo Gum shared how he and his KBS drama 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds' co-star managed to break the ice.

On October 13, a 3-minute interview with Park Bo Gum took place online for China's Mango TV. One question asked about his closeness to his co-star Kim Yoo Jung, and Park Bo Gum answered, "In the beginning, there was a bit of awkwardness since it's our first time meeting each other and also because she's my sunbaenim. But I learned a lot about historical dramas through Yoo Jung, and we became close as we went over the script together and fell deeper into our characters Lee Young and La Ohn."

He then explained a particular moment that helped them become close, saying, "The scene where we were trapped in a hole was when I was deeply into Lee Young and Yoo Jung was also into La Ohn, so that allowed us to become really close. After filming that scene, we contacted each other and also went out to eat together. Now we've become a close oppa and dongseng."

You're failing to understand the hangul/english alphabets. There are different ways of writing things.

even so, considering that allkpop writes articles in english, the name should also be in english alphabet because when people watch the drama, the name that shows up on the subtitles is hong ra on and people identify yoo jung's character to hong ra on because of that.. ths makes the text less consistent to probably a few viewers of the drama who wouldn't make this connection easily. but let me just add that this is not me complaining about what you comment, because I understood what you meant.

You clearly don't understand though, because they ARE writing it in the english alphabet. And just because the subber you watched decided to write it as Ra On doesn't mean that's the only to write it, or that's the only way it has been written by other subbers or english-speaking media.

do you know any subber who hadn't written it as Ra On? because I literally watched and re-watched the episodes lot on online websites and I also watch the drama subbed on KBS world and all of them as her name as Ra On. I'm also make gifs of dramas daily and everyone has been using Ra On. It's not only me. Even KBS translate it as Ra On in english.

I watched and re-watched the episodes many times on different online websites and I also watch the episodes through KBS world. all of them translate it as Ra On. I also make gifs daily and everyone translates it as Ra On. if even KBS translates it as Ra On, I think it's you who isn't really understanding me. I was just saying that who doesn't know that wouldn't make the connection because EVERYONE has been using Ra On, even KBS.
