G-Friend's Umji to halt all promotions due to a health issue

On October 5, her label Source Music officially announced, "G-Friend's Umji will temporarily halt all her promotions due to a health issue. Recently, Umji felt pain in her legs and was found to have sprained her left sartorius muscle. The thin, long sartorius muscle is used when walking or using the knee, and an issue in this muscle seems to be the cause of her pain. Taking consideration of the doctor's recommendation that treatment and rest will allow the fastest recovery, Source Music has decided to put Umji's recovery as its top priority. G-Friend will continue promoting as a group of 5 with Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, and SinB until Umji fully recovers."

The label continued, "We ask that Buddie and everyone please understand this decision that was made with Umji's health in consideration. Source Music will fully support Umji so that she will have sufficient treatment and rest. We apologize for concerning those who cheer on Umji and G-Friend. Please continue your unchanging support."
