Choi Chang Yup�has admitted to his drug usage charges.
His lawyers told Xports News, "Choi Chang Yup is being held at the Seoul Southern Police District for using philopon�in May. He has admitted to all charges, and his prosecution will be at the earliest next week. He feels sorry for all his charges, and we are looking for a light sentence because it is his first offense and he has not returned. When non-celebrities get punished with philopon�usage, all they get is the criminal sentence. However, when celebrities get punished, they cannot promote for the next 6-7 years and it is hard for them to make a living. We will be asking them to take that into account."

The actor was�arrested in September for injecting the illegal drug�philopon�at his house located in Sillim-dong, Seoul. It's also reported that he was found to have injected the drug back in May with peers in Gangnam.�
