Choi Chang Yuphas admitted to his drug usage charges.
His lawyers told Xports News, "Choi Chang Yup is being held at the Seoul Southern Police District for using philoponin May. He has admitted to all charges, and his prosecution will be at the earliest next week. He feels sorry for all his charges, and we are looking for a light sentence because it is his first offense and he has not returned. When non-celebrities get punished with philoponusage, all they get is the criminal sentence. However, when celebrities get punished, they cannot promote for the next 6-7 years and it is hard for them to make a living. We will be asking them to take that into account."

The actor wasarrested in September for injecting the illegal drugphiloponat his house located in Sillim-dong, Seoul. It's also reported that he was found to have injected the drug back in May with peers in Gangnam.
