Her agency Namoo Actors announced on September 6, "We can't confirm or deny her appearance on 'Mask King'." The vague response has viewers anticipating Kim So Yeon's unexpected appearance on the show. Though she's been in a number of hit dramas, the actress' singing ability hasn't been showcased thus far.
In other news, Kim So Yeon and her 'Happy Home' co-star Lee Sang Woo were confirmed to be in a relationship.

As far as I know she is a bad singer... in dramas and wgm... who knows. I'm soooo happy and rooting for her love relationship haha, so many articles about her today. Great actress and nice woman ^^

Lol confirming whether or not she goes on the show ruins the whole point of going on the show: to mask your identity and have people guess who you are. Now people will know she's a future contestant and not pick her to move on to later rounds.
