EXID's Solji dedicated her performance to her mom on the August 20 installment of 'Immortal Song'.
For the '7 Divas' special of the show, Solji covered SG Wannabe's "Living". The EXID member previously expressed her dream was to make a seat out of money for her mom, and she said she fulfilled her plan, saying, "This is the happiest I've been in my life."
Solji expressed, "There was a time I lived apart from my mother, and I chose this song thinking of that time. I cried a lot while I practiced." Her love for her mom definitely shone through her song, but she wasn't able to defeat Yangpa. In the end, it was Son Seung Yeon who took the final win.
