YMC Entertainment denied all reports that IOI was coming back as a full group in October.
The label told HeraldPOP, "We're currently preparing the unit, so we're not even thinking about a full group comeback. We don't even have a song. Since their promotions are until January, we are expecting the comeback to be around October or November, but we don't know if it'll be pulled forward or pushed back. As of now, there is nothing decided about the full group comeback."

IOI could be a strong competitor for TWICE if they debuted as a real permanent group. Unfortunately, the reality has something against it. Hoahm.

OT11 will be back when the members return from WJSN, DIA, and Gx9. Seeing as all those groups (including the unit) are all currently active, it's only normal that an OT11 comeback is to be organized at a later date.
