Wow... $8,000 for the first offense and $6,000 for the 2nd one... so it's gonna be  $4,000 for the 3rd one and $2,000 for the 4th... after that it's free... awrite, Kangin ... go for it... only 2 more arrests and "reflections" and a lil cash and you're free!!! Go for it!!! Hit them posts hard!!! Reflecting will set you freeeee!!!!

lyricaldancer10 Thursday, July 7, 2016

Haha. He has to pay a lesser amount of money for his second offense than he did the first time. Way to team him a lesson. Hopefully he won't have a license for a good while and will FINALLY understand the seriousness of driving while drunk. He might not be so lucky to hit an object next time -_- for all those saying don't just if you haven't made a mistake, this is a pretty big "mistake". And i will never do this. He didn't care about his life or anyone else's when he got into that car twice

finally a comment with sense.

Akiko32 Thursday, July 7, 2016

Finally everything is settled.....According to Korean law he has punished & that is fining others who think he should be punished more please shut ur big mouths ....It is easy to say to punish someone .....but the one who gets punished knows that he is wrong & its not easy to bear any kind of punishment ....He is an idol but not a perfect human ...ppl mistakes so does he made.....He is already in for rehab & thats a pretty good thing & for those who don't know his driving license was taken away after the incident No matter whats happens I'll wait for him ...♡Kangin Fighting !!!!

ygbad_boy Akiko32 Thursday, July 7, 2016

he has to make the mistake 2 times to understand? Is he that dumb according to you?

Akiko32 ygbad_boy Friday, July 8, 2016

people make mistakes many times that doesn't mean that they are bad after all learning from our mistakes and accepting that we were wrong makes us human . Learn to forgive because it will make you more happy. Holding on to things will only plié up everything.

ygbad_boy Akiko32 Friday, July 8, 2016

"people make mistakes many times" the same one after the first one was pretty bad. Look, I don't know what country youa re but DUI is one of the deadliest causes of dead in several countries. It's kind of a huge deal. That has taken fathers, mothers, daughters, sons and even torn families apart due to its deadly consequences. So, yeah, it's a mistake one that could've cause the death of somebody "learning from our mistakes and accepting that we were wrong makes us human" this is his second offense in, what I already stated, a very serious offense. This is not like he said something wrong and he apologizes. In the real world this is a huge thing cause it could've caused the death of someone. "earn to forgive because it will make you more happy" I'm happy enough. I do, however, grief that people want to turn a blind eye to events like this one just because a celebrity they like is involved. " Holding on to things will only plié up everything." You're confusing concern over the well being of others and proper justice with anger. I'm not angry at this guy. I don't know him, but his actions do speak of someone that didn't think of the safety of others for the 2ND TIME. It's not hate or however, you want to call it. It's common sense and the fact that justice should be applied and not make exceptions just because he is famous.

Akiko32 ygbad_boy Friday, July 8, 2016

You talk too much.....don't let your emotions get over something that never happened & will never happen

ygbad_boy Akiko32 Friday, July 8, 2016

woah... you're really ignorant, you know that?

propanda Thursday, July 7, 2016

His blood level probably wasn't high enough to get him jailed. I do hope his driving lisence isn't given back to him though. He hit a pole.. but the pole could have been person too, he was lucky it wasn''t.

krell propanda Thursday, July 7, 2016

Yes, and it is the 2ND SERIOUS INCIDENT for KANGIN with drinking alcohol and driving car. It indicates that KANGIN is a LIKELY ALCOHOLIC, to some extent.

hexrealm propanda Friday, July 8, 2016

0.157% is very high, I am really puzzled with Korean law, in some countries it is straight to jail even for 1st offence.

krell Thursday, July 7, 2016

I am rather SUPRISED that his DRIVERS LICENSE would *not* be suspended via some kind of COURT activity at this point. UNTIL KANGIN would complete some kind of 'STAY SOBER' type 'rehab' program. It is NOT as though he does not have the MONEY to pay for that type of special counseling.

krell Thursday, July 7, 2016

*SURprised ... (typo fix)

Bornshitlow Thursday, July 7, 2016

what??? -.-

Unicornsarereal Thursday, July 7, 2016

Watch him get another DUI in like a few months or so. As sad as it is, I feel like the only way he'll learn his lesson is by hurting someone, even killing them, while drunk driving. Who knows... even after that, he might start drinking and driving again. I lost complete respect for him.

kpoplover308 Thursday, July 7, 2016

Sigh.. hopefully if it happens again it's 3 strikes and you're out.

Judeeliciouuus kpoplover308 Friday, July 8, 2016

How can you use the word "hopefully" -,-"

kpoplover308 Judeeliciouuus Friday, July 8, 2016

Because hopefully used in this sentence does not mean hopefully he'll do it a 3rd time, but means that if he does do it a 3rd time he gets a worse punishment.

ChangF00d Thursday, July 7, 2016

All I can say is that this is reckless and irresponsible. He could have seriously hurt someone or he could have hurt himself. He's done this before, you would think he would learn his lesson. They should take away his right to drive.Nevertheless, I hope us ELFs can get together and still support our boys though <3

ygbad_boy ChangF00d Thursday, July 7, 2016

I'm not an ELF but I really hated that the whole group of SUJU had to go through the scandal of one member. An individual's reckless and stupid actions weigh more on them than in Kangin.

Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

why dont you stop for a bit and think... you may see him as a rich idol who can pay for this fine but the korean law was right about this case. everyone would have been punished the same way, there was not an exception. i know what he did was wrong but not that heavy to be having a cruel punishment.

hexrealm Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

In my country, for 1st time offender you get 2 years ban on driving plus USD4k fine, 2nd time offender and you get 4 years driving ban and straight to jail for 2 weeks at least. So korean law is pretty slack in my eyes on this.

Ioan_ELF hexrealm Thursday, July 7, 2016

in my country there is only a fine

hexrealm Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

so lenient. May I know which country are you from?

Ioan_ELF hexrealm Thursday, July 7, 2016

Greece... but i knew it from the start that it would only be a fine in kangin's case according the korean law. And actually i am happy for it, i dont believe that a heavier punishment would help his situation, its not that he cannot drive

hexrealm Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

A heftier punishment would definitely help to remind him to drink and drive unless he doesn't mind going to jail.

Ioan_ELF hexrealm Thursday, July 7, 2016

his punishment isnt the fine or whatever they would do to him... his real punishment is the temporary hiatus of the group and the critisism he has been through, so he will learn his lesson after that. i dont see the reason to make someone desperate, he didnt kill anyone.

hexrealm Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

I don't think its fair to bring personal anguish because of occupation into this otherwise you are advocating a different law for every occupation. And the law is to deter him from killing someone the next time which I don't think in this case is effective enough. I think a fine is ok for 1st time offender but not enough for 2nd time offender. Anyway, is about opinion and so I will stop at this.

Ioan_ELF hexrealm Thursday, July 7, 2016

no i wasnt reffering at the law above, i just said what i thought it is his real punishment on this. The law wont punish someone because he may kill someone at the future, if that was the case we would all be guilty ... anyway, we don't share the same opinion but i respect yours as well! lets leave it on that :)

Unicornsarereal Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

But let's be real, though. He had all that the first time yet he still got drunk and drove. The temporary hiatus and criticism doesn't really work on him if he keeps making that mistake.

ygbad_boy Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

true but is his 2ND OFFENCE and he got it way too easy for a second offence.

lyricaldancer10 Ioan_ELF Thursday, July 7, 2016

Yea just let him drink and drive a 3rd time. Maybe he won't hit anything since he was so lucky to not hit a person. A heavier fine might make him think about drinking and driving since the first time it didn't do anything for him. I just hope he doesn't get his license back anytime soon.

Ioan_ELF lyricaldancer10 Friday, July 8, 2016

even a heavier fine for him is nothing... he has beem working for 10 years he has a lot of money for all this. and sometime he will take his licence back, i dont believe all these will reflect him. his real lesson for him is that if he does that again he will be over for real

lyricaldancer10 Ioan_ELF Friday, July 8, 2016

It just pisses me of that it might take his second or even third time to get it.

Ioan_ELF lyricaldancer10 Friday, July 8, 2016

it just pisses me off that everyone is sure it will happen again.... could we just stop and let justice to decide??? everyone makes mistakes and a lot of them more than once.

ygbad_boy Ioan_ELF Saturday, July 9, 2016

most people that fucked up twice and with a lenient slap in the wrist are probably gonna do it again. It's not me who says it, it's been proved in the majority of the cases.

lyricaldancer10 Ioan_ELF Saturday, July 9, 2016

This is a pretty big mistake. A mistake that should have never happened to begin with. Most times it does happen again. Obviously the first time didn't bother him enough that he did it again.
