Kim Hyun Joong and Ms. Choi attend the second plea date in ongoing lawsuit

Kim Hyun Joong and his ex Ms. Choi attended the second plea date for Choi's ongoing lawsuit against Kim on July 8. 

Kim Hyun Joong's attorney Lee Jae Man informed OSEN on July 8, "The parties did not cross-examine each other. Each were questioned separately." 

Regarding Choi's testimony, Lee claimed, "[Choi] stated that she miscarried back in May of 2014 because she was assaulted by Kim Hyun Joong. When asked if she went to the hospital to request a false diagnoses, she answered that she did not. She keeps repeating the same statements using text messages and the pregnancy tester as the grounds for her claims. Now all we've got left is the last plea date on July 20 which only the lawyers will attend. Afterwards, [the courts] will deliver their sentence."

According to reports, Kim Hyun Joong and Choi were interrogated for over seven hours starting from 2 p.m.
