You can make your own judgement, but apparently, there are many people who think that IOI's Jung Chae Yeon bares a markedly close resemblance to Park Geun Hye's younger self. 
Under a post titled 'Doesn't this pic of Jung Chae Yeon slightly resemble President Park Geun Hye?' a netizen posted a single pictures of the idol, asking others if they see the resemblance as well.
It seems most people agree the Jung Chae Yeon does look a bit like Park Geun Hye during her youth.
