The label announced on June 30, "We'd like to inform you that Wellmade Yedang will be starting anew as Imagine Asia Co. Ltd."
On their next steps, the label stated, "Imagine Asia, which started out as a domestic management company, plans on growing into a multifaceted entertainment company heading various projects including dramas, films, and other investment opportunities, and as well as plans on embarking on new foreign market projects starting with China's contents distribution platforms."
