According to the produce of 'Three Meals a Day', actor Nam Joo Hyuk�was originally intended for Ahn Jae Hyun's spot on 'Journey to the West 2'.
Nam Joo Hyuk was previously confirmed to be joining Cha Seung Won�and Son Ho Joon�on 'Three Meals a Day', and the reality series marks his first ever spot on a variety show. In a recent interview, PD Na Young Suk�revealed that Nam Joo Hyuk was considered for 'Journey to the West 2' before Ahn Jae Hyun ever was.
With Lee Seung Gi's military enlistment, producers had to find a replacement. Though Nam Joo Hyuk's name came up, Ahn Jae Hyun eventually joined the cast due to Lee Seung Gi's suggestion and connection with him on the SBS�drama 'You're All Surrounded'.
