KNK dish on what they did to grow so tall

In a recent interview, KNK dished on what they did to grow into the tall, handsome boys they are today. The tallest member, Park Seung Jun, revealed his adolescent habits first, saying, "I ate anchovies as a snack a lot. I drank a lot of milk and also ate a lot of ginkgo nuts. But above all, I always went to bed early. My parents are actually on the short side, but I starting growing a lot in elementary school." 

Jung In Seong, who is 183cm or 6 feet, and Oh Hee Jun, the group's maknae and shortest, claimed that the secret was replacing water with milk! Jung In Seong stated, "I drank a lot of milk. Back then, I drank it all the time. It was so tasty. I ate it with cereal all the time and drank milk instead of water all the time." To this, Oh Hee Jun also added, "In my house, water was banned. Even during meals, I had to drink milk. So when I got used to it, water tasted bad to me. I used to be short, but I grew a lot my second year of high school." 

That's actually a pretty simple formula! Why didn't we drink milk instead of water and eat plenty of anchovies and ginkgo nuts when we were younger?
