Police are allegedly unable to proceed with further investigations into Yoochun's counter suit against his accuser due to the defendant party's non-cooperative conduct.

This past June 20, Yoochun and his label's president, Baek Chang Joo, counter sued red light district worker Lee, her boyfriend, and a man identified as Hwang, who claimed to be Lee's cousin, for slander and blackmail.

On June 20, police questioned Baek, and they also questioned Baek's father and the father's acquaintances on the following June 21 and 22. However, police are unable conduct any further investigation and questioning for the defendant's party as they are allegedly being uncooperative.

If the defendants continue to resist the authority, then police plan request official arrest warrants.

Hwang in particular has been on the police's radar since three years back for being affiliated with a gang from Ilsan. Baek's father is also reported to have been a part of a gang, and police are investigating whether the gangs intervened at all in the process of the the two parties trying to reach an agreement.

Currently, both Yoochun and Lee's party are banned from leaving the country.

After finishing up their round of investigations with the defendants, police expect to summon Yoochun some time in the next week.

DEAR GOD, Why is there so much negativity & hate in people's mind & heart?? What goes around, comes around. The negativity/hate you sent out into this universe will engulf your life. You have to pay for your negativity. The moment you send hate, you are bringing your soul energy level down down down. Next time if something bad happens to you, just remember it's because of your negativity. It's good to follow news but DON'T INDULGE in gossip, slander, judging & hate. If you support him, comment "I support him". If you don't support him, comment "I wish the truth will surface soon". Don't prolong the discussion unnecessarily and waste yours & others time. Life is simple, don't complicate it unnecessarily. Live & let live, don't rub your opinions on others & don't think you're right either. I suggest you all start reading philosophy & expand your mind towards love & positivity rather than wasting your time in dissing people/celebrities.

Stupid people who are taking sides. We know nothing so why takings sides? Because of media reports? Because you're a fan or supporter? Please here up. Who ever is doing the wrong thing should be punished just wait for results from investigation . False accusation shouldn't be dismissed easy and if yoochuni is indeed a rapist he will be convicted and punished.

Also people are protecting those woman without any actual evidence. Please they might be selling sex and then going back to blackmail people because they are rich. Nobody knows. Why is it ok to call yoochuni a rapist or other names and not ok to call those woman whore?

starb melon Tuesday, June 28, 2016

The problem is that the woman is a whore because she sell her body! I am not a Yoochun fan but this case is very weird as other male celebrity scandals....

moon_luv Monday, June 27, 2016

Let's pray for a quick result. I don't want to take sides as of right now because we don't know the full story but I really like Yoochun as an actor and singer and hopefully everything comes to an end soon. If this is some kind of gangster/scam, I'm going to be so pissed. Do people not have any ethics and conscience when they ruin other peoples life.

And suddenly the investigation will end for XXXX reasons... kkkk

ceda Monday, June 27, 2016

If these are false allegations against Yoochun, which sounds like they are at the moment, SHAME on those girls & everyone involved.  They might have seen Yoochun frequent that bar & saw the opportunity to make easy money.

atravista Monday, June 27, 2016

Oh great

JYJRainbow Monday, June 27, 2016

ppl Soompi and NB removes comments that are in favor of Yoochun, just warning

sparkle2010 JYJRainbow Monday, June 27, 2016

That's probably because it's triggering to rape victims (not saying that's 100% the case) but a lot of the comments that I've seen on sites in support are really horrible calling the alleged victims whores and skanks. Some even blaming the victims I haven't seen the support comments but as a victim of I were to read that...not gonna lie it would honestly make me feel horrible.

sparkle2010 Monday, June 27, 2016

The support comments on soompi*

JYJRainbow sparkle2010 Monday, June 27, 2016

noo you should see the screenshots that being circling around. delete by soompi, there is nothing about victim shaming there. they are similar to allkpop. I don't deny that some fans are saying offensive stuff to alleged victims but as you can see most of them are only saying innocent until proven quilty ALSO soompi didn't give this news because its somewhat in yoochun favor

atravista JYJRainbow Monday, June 27, 2016

You are just delusional

changminbaby sparkle2010 Monday, June 27, 2016

but they let others comment badly abt yoochun, rapist nd those things ,its not fair

sparkle2010 changminbaby Tuesday, June 28, 2016

taking a step back as a kpop fan and coming from a victims perspective as a victim myself. Unless Yoochun is proven 100% innocent (even if he's innocent he still went to an illegal brothel and had sex/services with prostitutes that's illegal and still warrants jail time). Comments calling him a rapist are no where near as mentally damaging as those saying victims deserved to be assaulted. The amount of cases involving sexual assault far outweigh the number of cases where it was false accusations. In fact last i checked it was 1 out of every 5 women (including children and teens) are assaulted and those are number from people that report. If the number of people that report is significantly lower than the actual number of cases of sexual assault then it's safe to assume that the numbers are actually 1 out of every 3 women will be or have been sexually assaulted. Now let's bring this back to the comments, if you were a victim and you're reading support comments for an accused rapist it reinforces the idea that you deserved what happened to you. Now again i havent seen the comments so i don't know what the comments say so again this is what i think is a possible explanation it might not be why but just my speculation. So not trying to ruffle feathers or argue i'm not sure why they would delete the comments but from a media standpoint a company would rather support a possible rape victim then support an alleged rapist because if he's found guilty and it looks liike they supported him even with something as simple as comments companies are liable for boycotts and "you supported a rapist" backlash. Again i'm just tossing out ideas i have no idea why they'd delete comments.

sparkle2010 JYJRainbow Tuesday, June 28, 2016

ahhh yeah idk i do know that for sites like soompi they try to avoid opinion pieces that make it seem as if they're favoring one side over the other the try to post just facts. If something isn't 100% proven and it's all speculation they avoid posting it whereas allkpop just posts news be it fact or fiction. That being said I have no idea what soompi is doing with comments or why i mean if comments are being reported that's also why they would be removed. But yeah idk -__-
