While the wounds look alarmingly real and convincing, fans reassured one another by reasoning that the photos may be a forecasting for EXO's comeback, or possibly for a movie.
Whatever the case may be, Sehun is not the type to upload pictures of himself if he were truly hurt and make fans worried.
So let's not jump to conclusions, EXO-Ls--our EXO maknae is likely just fine!
