Kim Ji Hoon was actually harboring dreams to be a singer before he inevitably went down the path of acting.
On the April 12 airing of 'Taxi,' Kim Ji Hoon revealed, "I actually wanted to be a singer, and it all began when I auditioned at an agency. In the negotiation process between me and the company, I was told to go into acting."
The actor then said, "[The company] was SM. I took dancing and singing classes with Junsu, Yunho, and was close to Super Junior's Eunhyuk and Leeteuk."

Kim Ji Hoon continued, "I'm still close to Kangin. There was a time when he was full of hot air. Though he was a high schooler, he'd wear a cheap gold ring around. He was a star in Bulgwang-dong. Even to this day, we still remain close."
