Leaders carry the weight of countless responsibilities on their shoulders, and that goes for K-Pop idol group leaders too. They shoulder the burdens of keeping/saving face for all the members within their respective groups and basically acting like the second manager. Oh, I definitely can't forget the biggest burden of all, which is keeping those wayward maknaes in line!
