Don't get me wrong; she always looks good, but these days, she's looking different--different in a good way of course! Is it the makeup? The hair? The dress? Maybe it's everything! Victoria has bloomed into a more beautiful woman--if that's even possible--in the past couple years. In any case, she's looking great as the cover lady on the cover of 'OK! Wonderful'!
