Yup, you read that right! Shin Dong Yup is in a girl group! Well, a lookalike is anyway.
Cosmic Girls appeared on 'Weekly Idol' on March 23 where Defconn asked them about the Shin Dong Yup lookalike, and Dayoung bravely and boldly stepped forward, waving and saying hello.

She revealed, "I didn't know about this when I was young, but starting from when I got into middle school, I heard I resembled him once, and I went into the company and was practicing when the others said, 'Wow, Shin Dong Yup is dancing!'"
She was asked to send a video message to him so she said, "I really want to meet you. Can't we meet once?"
